Our New Blessing
We are expecting our 5th Baby, due on May 28 2002!!!
Great News  !!!!!
September 2001. We have just found out we are expecting our little blessing. The pregnancy test turned blue on the 25th of September. Just 2 days later the morning sickness struck.



October 29.2001-first antenatal visit (at home). The morning sickness is still here and very bad too.





November 13.2001-first trimester scan to check baby`s health and calculate the due date-it shows the baby is fine and should be here around May. 27.2002


January 8,2002-20 weeks scan and antenatal appointment at the clinic- it comes out really great.If nothing changes the next appointment is scheduled for May 28 which is the due date. The obstetrician has decided it would be better not to go past the due date (due to the history of shoulder dissocia). Oh well!

December 17, 2001-first proper kick!!!!!! And very strong too!
February 2002-5 months pregnant and the morning sickness is still here :(
March,26, 2002- first midwife appointment-everything is fine except for the baby being breech -but still having plenty of space and time to turn.
April, 9, 2002- next midwife appointment blood results turn out really well.The baby is still breech which starts to worry me a little. I think it should start to worry me a little as it's 33th week all ready. I think I will have to start with some exercises and homeopathy to help the baby get into the position. If nothing changes the midwife will book me for the scan in 2 weeks
April .23.2002- the midwife thinks the baby has turned at last. It could be as I could feel much more movement during last few days. I just hope it`s true.

May 15..2002- visit a Canterbury Hospital - the obstetrician confirm that Baby is with the head down. The next clinic app. not before June  the 5. I was told there will be probably no need to induce labor till after my due date
Our Baby is...
May 21st 2002- again meeting my midwife at the surgery. Everything is fine. Baby kicking a lot. Head is 3/5 engaged. See you next week.............which did not happen ;) Well, she came to visit me at the maternity ward instead.
